Appointment Terms & Conditions
Please read below carefully
By proceeding with my booking, I confirm that I understand the information given below and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
By booking an appointment, you agree that your data, including before and after images will be stored in our secure system. For all bookings a deposit applies, which goes towards any treatment costs. Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, other than if a Practitioner deems patient unsuitable for treatment after face to face consultation, at which point a 50% refund may be issued. Please note that full payment for your treatments will be required upon the day of your appointment.
All clients must be 18 years or over at the time of treatment. It is a legal requirement that we see a Valid ID prior to treatment.If you are not able to provide ID when asked we will not be able proceed with treatment and you will lose your booking fee.
Please note for infection control purposes, no plus-ones are permitted at your appointment. Additionally, if you arrive with anyone under the age of 10, sadly we will not be able to proceed with treatment and you will lose your booking fee.
For medical reasons we are unable to treat those who:
Have severe active acne in the treatment area and/or those using steroids, chemical peels or retinol in the two weeks prior to appointment.
Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on day of treatment.
Have had or planning to have a Covid-19 vaccination within the two week period before, and three week period after scheduled treatment.
Have been on antibiotics within the past two weeks for facial/oral infection.
Are immunocompromised and/or unwell on the day of the appointment with Flu/Cold/Virus
Have had dermal filler elsewhere in the past 12 weeks
Have had facial surgery in the past 12 months
Are undergoing, or have received chemotherapy within the last 6 months/or are on any auto-immune medication. Auto Immune medication must be stopped 6 months prior with a doctor’s note.
We feel are not ready, or suitable for treatment.
The Importance of Follow-up:
It is important to note that it might take multiple treatments to achieve your desired result. However, maintaining your desired results is easier once you get there. It is advisable that you should not begin a journey in aesthetic medicine until you are ready to commit both your time and finances to follow-up appointments.Dermal fillers are temporary and require upkeep once or twice a year. This is paramount to consider before booking.
Re-scheduling / Cancellations
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. Therefore, if you need to cancel your consultation, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice.
You are able to re-schedule your appointment online yourself up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. All re-scheduling can be done via your confirmation email. Failure to do so within this 72 hour period will result in loss of your booking deposit.Your appointment can be re-scheduled once only and must be within 2 weeks.Further re-schedules, or re-schedules outside of this time limit require a new booking entirely and your booking fee will be lost.
Your deposit may be transferred to another date, providing at least 72 hours notice has been given.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours prior to your appointment will result in loss of any deposit.
In the event a clinic is re-arranged or cancelled, Pretty Well Doctor Ltd will not reimburse travel nor cover further expenses that may be incurred as a result. Please consider this, especially if you are travelling from abroad.
Running Late
If you are more than 10 minutes late for either your virtual or face-to-face appointments, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, you will need to rebook, which can be secured with a new deposit. Lateness for face to face appointments incurs a charge of £15 for every 15 mins you are late.
Due to circumstances outside of our control there may be occasions when we have to cancel appointments at very short notice. We will endeavour to offer you a similar appointment for the soonest date available. Should this be unacceptable you will be offered a refund for your appointment. Please note that refunds will not be given for any other expenses you may incur.
Due to complicated cases and other reasons, the doctor may run behind schedule and for this reason we ask that you do not make plans within 4 hours post consultation. It is important that our doctor takes the amount of time necessary to provide comprehensive care and attention to every single client. If the doctor is running late you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer of your deposit.
